L3LD is led by Howard Lull a seasoned healthcare veteran of over 30 years. Howard’s engaging and leading personality lends to audiences and one on one sessions of disarming and embracing values that will enable leaders to learn and receive and be mentored by him. Howard’s passion and relaxing nonjudgemental, people centered approach has been key to the success he has championed throughout his consulting career.
In a recent interview, Howard noted “People are our greatest asset. It’s all about the people. We are in a people business as healthcare leaders for our patients and at times have forgotten we are in a people business for our own people, our employees.” We need to encourage and empower leaders to pursue the greatness they are destined for.
Howard’s education and many varied experiences qualify Howard as a mentor and coach . Howard’s credentials of RN, BSN , MHA proves he comes prepared to mentor and coach new and seasoned leaders in life experiences and in the healthcare industry. Howard started as an ER Nurse and progressed into many positions including Program Manager and Development, Director of Emergency Dept, Vice President of Emergency Services Line, Interim Director Roles Nationwide. Howard is a student of the Studer Principles and John Maxwell leadership principles and ways of leadership. Earlier in his career Howard was appointed by the Gov. Of Missouri to sit on the committee to write the rules and regulations governing trauma centers in the state as well as to the Missouri Committee on Poison Control and Care.
