Howard’s holistic approach to people is how he helps healthcare leaders balance out their leadership approach and success. Howard spends time engaging individuals and Hospital leadership by learning their values and culture and analyzing ways to improve skills, processes and to be able to reengage and reenergize themselves and their peers and employees. Recommendations are made through real time observation and engaging the leaders and who they lead whether a project or people. With Howard’s many years of learning through trial by fire as well as pursuing excellence and his many years in healthcare leadership as well as being mentored by Nationally known leaders brings an array of experience, suggestions and tools to be able to individualize a leadership plan for each leader he consults with.
Howard has been called in to mediate between physicians and leaders as well as to educate and build new leaders in roles that find themselves unprepared to tackle the role and task in front of them.
